Hi guys. I've been trying to do a soft / hard reboot on my device vt200. Yet neither of those options worked for me. Instead it popped up a small window saying ' soft reboot command issue '. What seems to be going on right now ? Help ?

You don't see the welcome screen flash up on the mod?

Sounds like it is working then that's all ther is to see the welcome screen and it disconnects from EScribe, it is very quick to wake up.

It is not meant to, you need to restore defaults in EScribe for the, I think the confusion is that Hard just doesn't save what you have changed on the mod singe the last sleep cycle which is when the DNA 200 saves it's settings whereas Soft does save these before restarting.

Explain "off", do you mean it switches from TC  to power mode?

That's it, it's done once you hit OK, it's real fast.

It's a reboot...not a reset..if you are wanting to reset to defaults, use the "Restore Defaults" under the General Tab
