yes I was aware of that one, thats what started this whole conversation on youtube.  The issue I am having with the therion is I get weak battery 50% and below with hb6's AND it doesnt discharge the batteries evenly as a parallel.  I knew about the contacts but when customers are buying them I dont want to tell them hey when you get home change the contacts out.  And thanks chunky for letting me know that.  So its not a battery issue per se, its more of a contact issue

That question was answered I thought..

A DNA200 (133) requires series batteries and a DNA 75 can be configured with parallel batteries.... different technology and specifications...

Well if by 50%, you mean the battery voltages are like 3.70v... well in high amp usage... I consider them dead and needs to be recharged. If you are only running 15 watts or so, you can use them down to 3.0v without a problem and you can use the rest of the 50%. It is just battery sag becomes very high when the battery voltage is this low (<3.70v).

I should add that a low battery voltage or a poor battery contacts will show virtually the same symptoms. So generically it could be either or both.
