@olegasan..... what is the voltage at the + and - input at the DNA board when you check it with a meter?  Device Monitor shows it just above 5 volts. What is the voltage coming out of the battery sled measured with a meter?  You are getting a check battery message when you hold the fire button...

@etird, I haven’t any matters and couldn’t check voltage in mod. I have only mod, atomizer and lots of batteries. 5,24V coming out of 2 batteries but mod think that’s from only one of 2. I’ve written this info to Evolv and waiting for the answer.

Yep, understand but what if the voltage from only 1 battery is actually getting to the inputs of the DNA board?  Have you contacted Lost Vape or your vendor?

Please post what you find out so others may benefit from the determination and resolve.   THX

Did you place that 1 battery in each position in the battery sled?  You show 2.81 volts on battery 2 so place the battery in battery 1's slot and see what you get.

If I change slot with 1 battery, picture in Device monitor does not change (again voltage 2,81V only in cell 2).

Does the "Pack voltage" change depending on where you plug in the battery?

hum, did you unplug the device, take out the batteries and then plug it back in and you got the same voltage without any batteries in the device?

Reconnecting does not give any changes.

Re my VapeDroid C2d1 with same problem.

-VapeDroid support thinks it is a hw issue
-Creme de vape has sent rma details
-Sbody has requested video serial# and address for sending out a replacement ...

Waiting for Sbody to confirm replacement, otherwise I am sending it back to creme de vape ...

Looks like you covered all the bases from the designer, to the manufacturer, and to the vendor. So Sbody, the manufacturer, is requesting video proof.  As you know C2D1 is designed by VapeDroid in Germany and manufactured in China by S-body.

Yes exactly, I would take it apart and check connections to the board if it wasn't under warranty - i think it is either a cable or board issue by now ...
