Does anyone in Europe have any idea what equlivalent screw sizes will work in a 3d printed reference case? The 0-80s board mounts seem to be m1.6 ☓ 5 and the 2-56 case screws m2.2 ☓ 20 we have m2 and m2.5 here will m2 be too small for the case screws?

You can buy M1.6 screws here BoltBase, they do carry other than allen head. Try checkout their eBay store for others.
As for 2-56, you can get from Digikey or Mouser. I don't think McMaster Carr ships outside US.

A good friend stopped by this evening to hook up his box mod that he got. I hooked it up and fired it with my software and found some anti firing irregularities over the 150watt mode. He claimed that it was the DNA 200 but it seemed a little small for a 200watt mod to me. It seems to fire at a pulse in higher wattage's but I would need some more time to figure out how to curve it down. The chip although seems pretty sound and definitely a good advancement in the vaping world today.

Huh?

https://my.evolvapor.com/sncheck

If the serial number checks out, it is a DNA 200. Or at this point, if it talks to Escribe.

There's no "over 150 watt" mode on a 200 and certainly no pulsing mode. Are you sure you're not thinking a snow wolf?

Please Please Please put a bug in EVOLV's ear about getting the reference
enclosure ready for production.
We gotta have it in aluminum.
We already have a 3D printed design up and working.
But it's just not the REAL THING.

Sure...

John: Hey John get off your ass and get those cases into production.

John: grumble grumble slave driver grumble grumble. Worst boss ever.

John: well it is your fault for putting so many features in it that have to be machined with tiny endmill or engraved.

John: well it is your fault for only having six CNC machines.

Really we are waiting on gold plating for the center pin and anodize.

If you are really really impatient you could always just take the 3d files they provide and upload it to an online cnc machining company for a quote. May only be 20 bucks a piece if u get a bunch made. Maybe start a group buy. Always an idea.

I for one cannot wait for this reference case.  BTW does the turnigy nano-tech 950mah fit inside it with a xt30 connector?  Anodized ?  Sweet jesus that's sounding epic.  I have been waiting on this for making a second mod. I have been tempted by some of the 3D printed mods.  What would be even better is if you guys could make the same design but also make it in larger sizes with same design for larger lipo's eventually as that's what has been done on shapeways but would be epic in aluminum!  I cannot wait to jump on this. Sadly I missed the ecf co op or I would have gotten a couple extra chips for that price.
